That's the topic this ZOX was made to address. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eI've spent nearly 9 years now in an amazing position - I get to see what moves people - what inspires them to take action versus what they ignore. In this process, I've found a group of people that are the epitome of what ZOX has always been about: Kind Souls. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eKind souls have this innate ability to practice empathy, to feel the pain someone else is going through, and to help them bear that burden together. They're the first to shed tears at the misfortunes of another; always quick to send a kind word of encouragement to someone who they can tell is going through a hard time.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eThat led to a great question though: Who cares for the caring? Who picks up those who have fallen from exhaustion after carrying others their entire lives? Kind souls need help too. \u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eThat was the purpose of this ZOX - to tell those of you who have given selflessly that it's your turn to be happy. It's your turn to relax and let all of us, as a community, say thank you for bearing the burden.
