Ajwa is one of the most sought-after date varieties in the world. These dates, which come from Saudi Arabia, are well known for their particular flavour and sweet, chewy texture. Ajwa dates are incredibly nutritious since they are full of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. Ajwa dates are more delicious and have a softer, moister texture than other types of dates. They are therefore ideal as snacks or as an ingredient in a range of recipes.
