Bred for cold climates as part of the Northern Lights series at the University of Minnesota, ‘Lemon Lights’ displays clear lemon yellow clusters of fragrant blooms in the spring. ‘Lemon Lights’ makes a great yellow deciduous azalea for the landscape and garden reaching 4-6 ft in height by 3-4 ft in width in 10 years. In Zone 7 and 8 in the South, make sure to give 'Lemon Lights' protection from the hot afternoon sun.
