Of all three designs in the Lumi collab, this one was the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow: Finding your bliss.
The definition of bliss is actually a lot cooler than I realized: Perfect and complete happiness.
But how do you get there? So far we've talked about being kind to yourself and making the most of each day - how do you get to complete happiness from there?
Simple: Gratitude for exactly where you are right now. Being content does not mean being complacent, and it's not saying you've lost your drive. It's appreciating each moment along the way, grateful for every second you have.
Albert Einstein has a great quote that sums this up perfectly: " I love to travel, I hate to arrive."
My hope for you with this ZOX is to remember that bliss is in the journey, not the destination.
