Follow Your Heart

How many times have you been in a place where things just don't quite feel 'right'? It's almost as if there's this emotion you can't quite put your finger on and you find yourself staying up late, worrying about the future because of it.

I've been there, and my hope for you is all in the name of this wonderful Strap: Follow your heart. 

There's no doubt that every single one of us will face some hard decisions in our lifetime - that's a part of growing up. What I always found interesting about these decisions, however, is that most of the time we come down to one choice that seems right in our mind, and another that feels right in our heart. 

Choices are so interesting to me because they literally are the steering wheel that determines the road our lives take. This is most evident when you look at the friends you had in school that you grew up alongside - where are they now? What decisions did they make that were different than your own? It's a great way to visually see how these little choices can make a difference. In my own reflection on this, I've found one thing to be consistently true - my peers who are the happiest are the ones who followed their hearts. My hope for you, with this wonderful ZOX, is that it'll inspire you to do the same.
