Free From ______

This ZOX right here is SO necessary right now. Like so many of you, I've discovered something pretty remarkable about my brain: I have a habit of holding on to thoughts I don't need anymore.

Maybe that's my brain's way of keeping track of how things are going, maybe it's my subconscious refusing to let things go. Whatever the case, my problem is pretty simple - I need to let things go. 

Letting things go is much easier said than done, in fact, just the thought of what we're letting go causes us to think it through again and again. So rather than get too specific, I'm suggesting we clean house and go big by choosing a broad category we're eliminating from our lives this year. 

Mine is self-doubt. From this moment on, I'm done listening to the voices in the back of my mind that tell me what I'm not qualified enough to do.

My hope for you, with this wonderful ZOX, is that it helps you let go of the things holding you back. That it reminds you you're free from whatever you set your mind towards.
