Heels down is a great name. In english style riding, you have a tendency to lift your heels naturally - even though it's bad form. As you get better, you recognize that balance is more important than comfort to be successful in riding - the line from ears, shoulders, hips and heels need to all be in perfect alignment.
How true is this in life? When one thing is out of balance, it tends to throw everything else off. If you've ever found yourself being impatient with a friend after a bad day at work, you're seeing the results first hand. One thing wrong impacts everything else like dominos, doesn't it?
My hope for you, with this beautiful Strap, is that it reminds you to fix what you can, whenever you can. Don't go to bed angry, don't let stress run your life. Balance is the key to living well.
