Official VMM-263 REIN/ 2/6 Ready Bn Shoulder Patches

Official VMM-263 REIN/ 2/6 Ready Bn Shoulder Patches — Thunder Chickens and Grunts, Together

Because the MAGTF only works when the air and ground elements are stitched together at the hip.

VMM-263, the Thunder Chickens, fly the MV-22B Osprey and serve as the Aviation Combat Element for a Marine Expeditionary Unit when reinforced (REIN). This shoulder patch represents the integration of VMM-263 REIN with 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines — the Ready Battalion — forming the core of a MEU's combat power. The 2/6 Marines are the ground combat element, the Thunder Chickens are the ride, and together they form the tip of the spear that the Commandant deploys when the nation needs a rapid-response force anywhere in the world. This patch was born from a specific deployment pairing, representing the bond between tiltrotor crews and the infantry they carry into the fight.

Perfect For: VMM-263 Thunder Chickens and 2/6 Marines who deployed together, MEU veterans, MV-22B Osprey community members, and anyone who's ever been part of a MAGTF that actually worked.

Thunder Chickens carry. 2/6 delivers. Ready Bn.
