Story:
Most of you probably don't know this but before starting ZOX I was actually a certified personal trainer. I would spend countless hours in the gym, working to become the best (physical) version of myself while helping friends do the same.

One of the biggest keys to fitness that has totally carried over into every other aspect of my life is the notion that we don't see a change til we actually push ourselves to go further than what's comfortable. It's no secret that the last reps are the most important to building muscle. What we tend to forget is that the same is true when we're working to become the best version of ourselves in other areas.

If you want to become great at something, you don't just practice - you practice harder than anyone else. You become obsessed with figuring out what it takes, following through on those findings and constantly improving. You realize that the true key to greatness in whatever you aspire to do is simple: You have to keep going.
