Positive Thoughts

A reminder all of us could really use right about now. Keeping my mind positive was something I struggled with for a long time - the worry I allowed in took a real toll on my daily life. I'd be so stressed about the 'what ifs' that I'd feel worn down and exhausted from constantly concerning myself with things that never ended up happening anyway. 

Your mind is, far and away, the most powerful part of your entire body. It controls everything you do, how you think and ultimately, how you feel. Osho's quote (found on the card) was such a perfect reference for this as our mind really is like a garden - we can grow whatever we'd like. Positive thoughts are like nutrients for the soil of our minds, when present, they allow us to grow more than we ever thought possible. 

My hope for you, with this ZOX, is that it encourages you to nurture your mind - to keep it positive, no matter what thoughts try to make their way in.
