Story:
I love the words on this bracelet so much. Growing up, I bounced around constantly from job to job. It's easy to feel like you're a failure when you just can't seem to hit your stride in a new position, isn't it? I constantly questioned my value - was I actually smart enough to deserve the job I had? Did I even like the industry to begin with?

I remember sitting in a boardroom with the entire executive team, presenting my reports for suggested media buys. I was 23 years old, no college experience, and was literally, I kid you not, hired because "they needed more tall people." Truth be told, the woman who hired me was amazing - she saw the potential in me that I didn't even see in myself. Many at that company did, and it was so incredibly inspiring. To have others treat you as an equal when you don't even feel remotely qualified will lift up even the timidest of souls.
